A little advice please.

I’m 5'6 & 195lbs

I really need to lose the extra weight because it’s now affecting my health pretty bad. The only real exercise I can do is walking but how often would I need to walk how many calories should I consume? Every site is telling me something different. I just want a simple answer. How many calories in a day and how many mins or hrs of walking should I do too lose weight. Even if it’s only a little too start with so I can be healthy enough to go to the gym.
